It was only a few weeks ago that the news of the British auto company McLaren’s line-up in India came, in which the company updated it on its website. From this it can be guessed that McLaren may soon come to the Indian market. McLaren is going to bring GT, 720S and 720S Spyder supercars in India, the price of which has also been announced by the company. 

The McLaren GT will be the company’s cheapest supercar in India. Its price has been kept at Rs 3.72 crore with a pre-configured add-on pack offered for Rs 29.77 lakh which includes parking sensors, rear camera, vehicle lift and more. It is powered by a 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine that generates 611bhp of power and 630 Nm of torque. The car accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. 

The McLaren 720S, one of the company’s most popular cars across the globe, is built on a modified version of the monocoque platform. Its price in India is said to be Rs 4.65 crore. It is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that generates 710bhp power and 770 Nm of torque.

There will also be a pre-configured pack for Rs 43.31 lakh, which will give the car a front suspension lift, premium 12-speaker Bowers and Wilkins audio system.

The McLaren 720S Spyder is an updated version of the standard model and has been priced at Rs 5.04 crore in the Indian market.

The rear shelf has been redesigned for its hard top roof, which takes just 11 seconds to open or close the roof. The 720S Spyder is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine that makes 720hp power and 770 Nm of torque. Its maximum speed is 341 kmph. McLaren may also reveal the prices of the recently launched Artura hybrid supercar. It is expected to be priced between GT and 720S. Based on its model in the global market, the Artura is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 engine that generates 585 hp of power and a 93hp electric motor. At a speed of up to 130kph, the car has an electric-only range of up to 31 km.
