Reliance Jio, a major player in the telecom industry, reported a 28% increase in net profit for the three months ended in December 2022 compared to the same time last year, coming in at 4,638 crore.
Operating revenue increased 18.9% to $22,998 crore from $19,347 crore in the same quarter last year.
Reliance Jio released a statement stating that other revenue was at 63 crore, down from 155 crore in the same time last year.

Profit before interest, taxation, amortization, and acquisition (Ebitda) was $12,009 compared to $22,521 a year ago, and the third quarter’s Ebitda margin was 52.2%. (October-December).
The operating margin for the examined quarter increased by 50 basis points year over year to 26.6 %. In comparison to the same quarter last year, the net profit margin for the quarter was 17.1%, up from 15.9%.
In comparison to the same quarter last year, the company’s expenses came to 16,839 crore during the examined quarter.
