Paul Walker gets featured on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; fans pour all the love

The late Hollywood actor and renowned global star, Paul Walker, was recently honoured with the posthumous star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The veteran actor has been entitled with this honour after nine years of his death.

The Hollywood Walk of Fame is referred to as one of most iconic landmark of the global entertainment industry that consist around 2700 celebrities embedded in the walks. Each sidewalk features the name of a notable global star.

Paul Walker’s recent inclusion has led to widespread positive feedback from fans and co-stars across the globe. On Friday, as per the sources of Variety, each selected celebrity had been announced by the radio host, Ellen K, and the notable panel of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce’s Walk of Fame.

The selection panel is composed of celebrities with existing stars on the Walk of Fame. They are the ones responsible for the nomination of the upcoming stars, who churn out the best plausible celebrities out of hundreds of people. The nominations are then finalised by the board of directors.

Paul Walker’s selection was done on Wednesday by the chamber, and his star will be featured in 2023, alongside other fellow celebrities such as Bill Pullman, Jon Favreau, Christopher “Ludacris” Bridges, Uma Thurman, Ralph Macchio, Ellen Pompeo, Vince Vaughn, Martin Lawrence, Mindy Kaling, John Waters, and Garrett Morris.

Paul Walker passed away in 2013 during a road-accident – the car which he was driving had hit a lamp post – causing his death. Besides Paul, his dear friend, Roger Rodas, had also died in the same accident. Paul Walker had been a part of the Hollywood industry for more than 30 years, and is popular among people for playing Brian O’Conner in the Fast and Furious series. His character drove fans crazy and had vamped a big fan base for the actor.

On Paul’s recent achievement, Jordana Brewester, the actress playing opposite Paul in the Fast and Furious franchise, took to her Twitter account to post a heart-warming message for her co-actor. She added an old photograph of Paul from the sets and wrote, “You are going to get your star. Shining on forever. Hollywood walk of fame class of 2023.”

Paul Walker’s fans and other co-stars poured all the love for the late actor on his feature on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This honour has moved all his fans and they have flooded Twitter with innumerous tweets, showing love, positivity and support for Paul and his family.
