In November 2017, the for-profit subscription-based service went live. It was updated and given the name Zomato Pro in June 2020.
Users who signed up for the promotion were given access to free meals and drinks at more than 1,200 of the aggregator’s top-rated restaurant partners.
The cost of the membership started at 299 for three months and 999 for a full year. It was also made available in other nations, including Portugal and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Subscribers continued to take advantage of all the deals that were already available after upgrading to Pro, and they also gained access to special Zomato app capabilities.
