After being caught and captured on camera by a fan as they were enjoying coffee together in London, England on Tuesday, Angelina Jolie has been seen with Paul Mescal. With his portrayal of Connell in the television series Normal People in 2020, the young actor who made a name for himself was shown conversing with the Oscar-winning actor. Shiloh, Angelina’s 16-year-old daughter, joined them at the Almeida Café & Bar.
Angelina and Shiloh had earlier in the day seen Paul play on stage at the Almeida Theatre. Until February 4, he will be portraying Stanley, the playwright’s main character. A fan noticed the performers and took pictures of them.

With the description, “Angelina Jolie saw ‘A Streetcar called desire’ yesterday and after they had a coffee at the @almeida theatre Cafe,” a Paul fan account on Instagram posted the picture to their Instagram Story. Paul is sporting a red T-shirt, while Angelina is sporting a black outfit as they both face the camera with their backs to it.
Since filing for divorce from her ex-husband, actor Brad Pitt, in 2016, Angelina has been unmarried. She has six kids: 14-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, Maddox, 21, 19-year-old Pax, 17-year-old Zahara, and Shiloh. Since 2020, there have been rumors that Paul and singer Phoebe Bridgers are dating.
Last year, the couple apparently also got engaged. There are rumors that they may have broken off their engagement, though. Since then, Phoebe has been spotted with comedian Bo Burnham.
Paul’s portrayal in Normal People earned him the BAFTA for Best Actor in 2021. Last week, his co-star Daisy Edgar Jones paid a visit to see him perform in A Streetcar Named Desire; they were afterwards captured in a photo with a fan.
The actor’s portrayal of a young father in Charlotte Wells’ Aftersun, her directorial debut, earned him a spot on numerous best of the year lists. Later this month, he is also anticipated to receive a Best Actor Oscar nomination.

With the release of Eternals in 2021, Angelina became a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She also starred in the action movie Those Who Wish Me Dead. Next year, she’ll lend her voice to the role of Master Tigress in Kung Fu Panda 4.
Alongside Salma Hayek Pinault and Demián Bichir, she is currently writing, directing, and producing the movie Without Blood. The movie, which is based on the internationally bestselling book by Italian author Alessandro Baricco, will examine the aftermath of an unspecified conflict.
